The diamond in the rough of the High Mojave. An unbelievable pozole, like homemade, as if someone was in the family's kitchen. Big chunks of pork from right part of pig for maximum flavor. Great condiments, onion, cilantro, and plenty of limes. Very impressive menu, very authentic. Family is from Guadalajara.

Under new management now called Taqueria Arandas. Delicous food. Quick service . I’m not a Chicharrón fan but their freshly fried pork skin is delish! Good portion sizes for the money. Pay a couple of extra dollars to eat here for lunch than fast food. I will visit when I’m in the area for work.
